Welcome to Fireprint Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website, fireprintco.com, and buying our mugs. We've kept them as clear as we can. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Fireprint Co. ("Fireprint," "we," "us" or "our"), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Throughout these Terms, "Services" means our website and all related content, features, products and services. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Accepting these Terms

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You agree to give us accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date.

3. Our mugs

Every mug is one of a kind. Our mugs are fired with a reactive glaze, so the final pattern is decided in the kiln. Your mug will be the colorway you choose, but its pools, drips, speckles and color depth will be unique and will not match product photos exactly. This variation is a natural part of the product and is not a defect.

Colors on screen. We do our best to show our colors accurately, but how they appear depends on your screen and lighting, so we can't guarantee an exact match.

Product details. We aim to describe our products accurately, including size, capacity and materials. Small differences in measurements are normal for ceramic.

Use with care. Our mugs are made for hot drinks, so please handle them with care. The mug can get hot to the touch, so use the sleeve when it's full. The silicone lid is spill-resistant, not leak-proof, and isn't designed to be carried on its side or in a bag. Ceramic can chip or break if dropped or exposed to sudden temperature changes. Always remove the lid and sleeve before heating or washing, and follow the care instructions on the product page.

4. Prices, bundles and promotions

• All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and may change at any time before you place your order.
• Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout based on the number of mugs in your cart. Bundle prices apply only to the bundle quantities shown on our site.
• Discount codes and promotions can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
• If we make a mistake in a price or product description, we may correct it and cancel any affected orders, even after you've received an order confirmation. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in pricing or information, or if we suspect fraud, reselling or abuse of our policies. If we cancel your order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times, shipping options and what happens if a package is lost or delayed are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

7. Our 30 day happiness guarantee

Every order is covered by our 30 day happiness guarantee. Mugs that arrive damaged, defective or in the wrong color are replaced or refunded, and change of mind claims are settled with store credit or a color swap. The full details and conditions are in our Refund Policy. We may decline claims that don't meet those conditions or that show signs of abuse.

8. Store credit and gift cards

Store credit and gift cards can be used on fireprintco.com only. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and don't expire. We're not responsible for lost or stolen codes, so please keep them safe.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

10. Reviews and content you share

We love hearing from you. When you leave a review, upload a photo, tag us on social media or send us content, you confirm that it's your own, that it's honest, and that it reflects your real experience. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce and share that content on our website, social media and marketing, with your first name or initials, without further payment. If we'd like to feature your content in an ad, we'll ask you first.

Please don't post anything that's false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion. If you received a mug for free or have a connection to Fireprint, please say so in your review.

11. Our content and brand

Everything on our site, including the Fireprint name and logo, product names, colorway names, photos, text, designs and code, belongs to Fireprint Co. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell or reuse it without our written permission.

12. Things you agree not to do

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• break any law or encourage anyone else to;
• buy products to resell them without our written permission;
• place fraudulent orders or abuse our guarantee, promotions or store credit;
• copy, scrape or misuse our content, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• upload viruses or harmful code;
• pretend to be someone else or give us false information.

13. Third party links and services

Our site may link to websites or services run by others, such as social media platforms, payment providers and carriers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our store running smoothly and our information accurate, but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms and our policies, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fireprint Co. and its owners, team members, partners and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Fireprint Co. and its owners, team members, partners and suppliers from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or our products, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.

17. Resolving problems

If something goes wrong, please email us at contact@fireprintco.com first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly, and we'll work with you in good faith to resolve any concern within 30 days before either of us takes any formal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Either of us may also bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

19. Other legal terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we don't enforce a right right away, we haven't given it up. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold.
